About the event
As we enjoy the season of summer, we see growth and renewal all around us. Our souls, too, have found fertile ground for growth and renewal. Taking time to slow down occasionally during this busy time of year, we can make space for silence and to listen deeply to God speaking through the world around us. Contemplative coloring affords us that opportunity to be still. It helps us to quiet ourselves and focus on God. Using the spiritual practice of centering prayer we can draw inward…deep into our souls and spend some uninterrupted time with our Creator.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Join us for some quiet time with God on Saturday, August 13th, from 10:30 am to 12 noon in the manse. Snacks on the lawn afterward. No supplies are necessary, simply come with an open heart.
